Hello, am Jorge

  1. First turn off your phone
  2. Press and hold the volume up, power button and the home button (press and hold all at once)
  3. The phone will boot in to factory reset mode
  4. After booting you will see a menu (you can use the volume up and down to navigate and the power button to select)
  5. Select wipe data/factory reset
  6. Another list will popup, then select delete all data
  7. After the delete, select reboot

You phone is good as now

I hope this helps…
